I am Arash, a cyclist and programmer from Iran. I have been traveling by bicycle for many years. I will soon start a trip around the world. Let's start peace from our own plate! We can write and talk about this topic and this slogan for days. In short, we should be kind to animals. We should not take the life of an animal to survive ourselves! All animals have the right to live and they should not be killed to feed humans. I deeply believe that a person who cannot kill and eat an animal will never kill a human being of his own kind. So, O human, start peace from your own plate.

During this trip, I will promote vegetarianism and peace and tranquility, and I will do a very good job! Cooking vegetarian dishes and teaching them, and publishing them on my Telegram story. Upon arrival in each country, I will cook the local and popular food of that country in a vegetarian way and we will see the feedback closely.
